I have tried to close my Nedbank account on various occations to no availe. Last night your outbound call center promised to send me a email for procedure and Guess what. Your bank proved again that you are not interested in servising your clients i have had ongoing issues for more then a year.
You have proved to me that i made the correct choice by Banks.
Please get the manager that spoke to me last night to personally contact me and explain why he did not keep to his commitment of emailing me!!!
like i told him i will not beg a bank to assist where they are supposed to!!!
my account has been dorment for a couple months and i am tired of begging to get it closed!
