It is sad that once more I have to use this platform to in order to get a response from African Bank. On 2 August I recieved my credit card statement via sms and via email and I noticed there is a discrepency between the instalment amount on the statement and the amount stipulated on my contract. Immediately after this realization I phoned customer service and spoke to a Miss S Nkwane. She said I must email her my credit card contract and she will investigate. I sent the email both to Miss Nkwane and Customer services and there has not been a response. Can someone kinldly assist in this matter?
