This is my 3rd hellopeter post about the the same issue and still I have had no answers from them.
They replied to my 2nd post with an email and a reference number and then just washed their hands of me.
I was excited to join FNB and leave my previous bank, but now I have no choice but to stay with my current bank AND stay with FNB because they managed to 'help' me just enough to sort out my credit card in order for me to buy air-plane tickets and get 3 months travel insurance form them. They know that they have dug their claws into me and can now continue to milk me for money for a service they don't provide for at least the next few months. They simply don't care.
Needles to say, when I get back from my trip I will be shutting my FNB account.
I never expected this kind of abuse from FNB but there it is.
Well done FNB, you sure saw me coming.
