Absa not willing to help clients

In May 2013 i fell behind on my bond payments as my husband went on a learner ship. We were working on one salary as he was receiving a weekly travel allowance) I contacted the homeloans department to make arrangements. They informed me about the restructuring option. I sent a motivation and supporting docs and follow up on a weekly basis and was just informed they are busy with my request, Zaahid Valley contacted me and asked me to send more docs and it was sent 9 july 2013.In the meanwhile i was paying 50% of my installment as that was what i could afford. The 26th july i contatced him and he said he will send it for processing. The 30th of july i received a sms it has been declined. I contacted them and the reason was that in 2011 by bond was at the legal department, This is a clear indication that i should not consider future business with Absa as they will keep this against me all the time. I am trying to make arrangements and not running away but still the door is being closed in my face.
