My father passed away on the 24 of July. On the 30th of July I forwarded all the documentation to Hollard in order to get the claim processed urgently. I made numerous calls to the call centre and I'm constantly being told the claim is being processed. This is since I've sent in the last forms requested from us. The last forms was e-mailed to Hollard on the 7th of August. Today is the 13th of August??? How is this a 48hour response time??? I cannot begin to explain how utterly livid I am right.
