Unacceptable payment time frame

John Morrison Pb has outstanding payments since March 2013 they owe us close to R1million on jobs authorised by their claims clerk Audrey Moore
I have tried speaking to her superior's but still I'm getting no joy
spoke to Lefu Moloi he's answer to me was... if you go to the media you will only spoil the relationship we have. NOT I will do my utmost to sort out your problem? are you worried about your reputation or the companies because if you were worried about AON reputation you would get off your but and sort out this mess that has been created

On Thursday left a urgent message for Gary Ferguson and sent him an email... Still waiting

my next step is to involve the Insurance company and the client which I have been avoiding at all cost
but I have not alternative
