Nedbank has now taken almost a month to find out where my credit card payment is misallocated to, quiet evident that basic reconciling now looks like a miracle. I am continously being sent SMS that my payments is not up to date and could effect purchases. reconcile my account and allocate my paments as it is frustrating reading these sms;s when the incompetence is on your behalf. REF NO 64072836.
