My husband and I made an appointment with Samantha at the Durban Branch on 3 April 2013. We got there, and had to wait 2 hours while been seen to. Another client who came after us, was seen to by Samantha first. Our appointment was at 11am and we only got to see Olga (Samantha walked in after 10 mins), at 12:45. It is now a month later and we have not received feedback regarding our matter. There is a lot of money and emotional trauma involved in our case and this is poor and unnacceptable service from Legalwise. Please respond urgently!!!
