Poor customer service

I have two car insuranced with first for women. The corsa 1.6 1999 every one that stay in house has been cover as per our telephone discussion. I have updated all the names of the drivers. I was shocked this morning that my claim was rejected reason was my brother for the month of December was staying at my antie place in krugersdrop . i was not advised when i took the policy. My brother went to krugersdrop because he was working long shift only in december. I remember when i called i did mention that he sometimes drivers my cars. All my telephone discussion nothing was mention that my policy will not be covered if my family stay for a month in different address. All that i was told is i must updated all the divers with them. All i would like is the call to be listen when i took the policy and when i updated the drivers
