Im 22 years old and my friend and i were on our way home from a camping trip when i a pothol in the road both my left tyrs blew out and we phoned first for women they sent us a tow truck but they can only tow us to Northem when I asked why they cant tow us all the way back home Martin said no its not possible on a sunday and he cant send me a car to get home or put us up in a hotel for the night we have to figure that out by our selfs (2 girls) the reason I'm with first for women is because they say they wont leave you standing next to the road so what the did they do sunday left us in the middle of no where!!! I will move my insurance if this is how a costumer gets treated and then when i told him this is not acceptable he didn't even try to make a plan reason being its a sunday!!! So please next time ladies tell you car to break down in the middle of no where between monday and friday because you wont get any help over the weekend!!! What if had no other way to get home i would still be stuck in knows where and had to sleep in my car?!?!?!
