Having recently loosing my mum, and having to place notice to close off her accounts was very unpleasant. There are a lot of companies that are unsure of procedures that needs to be taken, which in turn making this unpleasant task more painful to proceed with. The staff at the Nedbank Phoenix, knew exactly what needs to be done and helped me in the most efficient way. Mainly the young lady the helps customers in front of the counters. I have been to other banks and attempted doing the same sort of account closing were most staff don't know what needs to be done and eventually having to call up their call centres. So Thank You Nedbank Phoenix for all your efficiency and doing so with a smile.
