My husband was involved in an accident and his car was a write off 3 weeks ago. The claims department has repudiated the claim based on who is the regular driver stipulated on the policy, my husband is noted down as the secondary driver and has a valid drivers licence??? why the repudiation??
I have requested for the call recordings and surprise still nothing!!
King price insurance is looking for excuses to repudiate claim!! I have contacted the legal department and still no response??
I am willing to take this matter to the ombudsman should I not get a response. This is frustrating, based on honesty and integrity within the insurance industry, we kept our part.
