I am making a follow up on behalf of my mother Mrs. TE NYANDENI, she has applied for her funds from liberty life and she was first told that it will be deposited into her account in 5 working days and that was over 3 months ago, she has done the same process more than 3 times already and every time she get's the same story that the money will be in her account on the above time frame but till now she is still waiting. She first applied in GERMISTON, KATLEHONG, CARLTON CENTER and recently she went again to KATLEHONG. The poor lady desperately needs her fund and she is been given a run around not a straight answer. Lately she has been in contact with a financial consultant from letsoho shopping center by the name on TIMOTHY NHLAPO and she called him yesterday and he promised to get back to her before end of business day and till now she is still waiting. I honestly don't understand why she has to suffer go up and down to get her money not forgetting the lady is old, I have also tried to get hold of the mention consultant but no one is picking the phone. Can someone please assist with this matter as my mother doesn't know what to do or where to go from here. I have just bee
