On the 11th July 2013 I gave ABSA notice to cancel my Credit card facility with immediate effect, I had to revert to email since they are unable to answer their Toll Free number nor to I manage to get hold of a consultant to assist me. After 5 emails to date besides the automated email response I have had no feedback from ABSA. Over the years one gets used to their poor service delivery, but this is the pits!
