Send a cleaner to Capitec to deposit money for my husband in Lephalale then she took the money and made a false deposit, claiming that she doesnt remember what happened, worse Capitec Cameras where not working doesnt even face the Tellers to have the footage of what happened, to avoid situations of discreepency and Teller dishonesty. i was not assisted i was told i will get a refund after 7 days and am having a husband who is stucked in Lephalale waiting for the money that he didint even get.. Capitec must improve thier manual system when coming to working with money, they must actually have cameras behind tellers and thier tills must have a recording to trace how much deposit the teller made and how many withdrawals a teller made to be able to check the difference. I was greatly inconvinienced and i hate Capitec service.
