My tenant informed me the geyser was broken on Tuesday 6 August 2013. I phoned the call centre and Daron Theunis handled my claim. I told him it was a rental property and gave him the Rental Agent and tenant contact details. He organised everything with them and only called me when approval was needed or to feedback on progress.By Wednesday a new geyser was fitted under manufactures guarantee with no co-payment needed. Daron handled everything very professionally. Great service.
