To whom it may concern

It is impossible to get any service in the N1 city Standard Bank branch. I've been in and out of the branch the whole week trying to make a deposit. Every time there is a line almost till the door. I've just been in again, staying this time. Just to wait almost 10min and then walking out, because the line did not even move. For the whole time nobody was helped.

How is that possible???
