Not Satisfied at all

I went to their website thinking they are advanced like other banks or companies in the industry. sent them a request to send me my balance on the phone... I didnt get anything for a week. Called them and utilised the phone facility to get my statement on email still nothing for two weeks.

I dont understand why some companies really dont get it right.
