Like many others here, i have been billed R1000 rand for SLOW Lounge access after the "qualifying" criteria changed for the benefit of FNB i might add, and the clients have not been properly informed about this major change. Absolutely disgusting FNB, you have crooked me into becoming a client of yours!!!
