Promise not kept

I settled my accounts by africn bank in Jan 2013 and still they have not taken my off ITC
I'm tired of going into their branches. Spoke to a consultant on Saturday at the Brixton Branch and still they did not take me off. He promised that they will sort this out and he will get his manager to take me off ITC

please can someone help me urgently
