I took the liberty to contact african bank (each ime) regarding updating my acc's (which I had settled weeks ago amounting to R45000) and was told by your consultant that it will be done by friday so I can be able to apply for credit urgently! Till today that has not been done, is this the service a client should expect from african bank?
