Debit order went off for the vehicle which was settled. When I phoned and followed up what actual happening was told given the reasons that the dealer settled an amount less by R90.00. I accepted and requested the R90.00 to be deducted accordingly and the rest of the funds from R4200.00 paid back into my account. Evertime when I phone I am getting told a different version of the story. This shows lake of competency in the staff and less care to cleints.
I phoned on the 02-August-2013 and was told the amount will be paid within 3 days, I phoned again on the 05th of august was told the account was not closed but will be clsoed. Seeing nothing has happenned yet, I called on the
07-aug-2013 then was told no request has been logged for a refund. I am really frustrated with lack of competency in the overall business management.
