I phoned through with my claim on 30 July 2013 and the claim was handled professionally over the 1 phone call that too? 15 minutes and on the 01 August 2013, my claim was settled in full. WOW WOW WOW WOW - Virgin Insurance is doing something right to its staff. Well Done Thabang
