Phoned to update my details, and to query the increase on my policy as I saw an ad that states that Outsurance wont increase yr monthly payment if you dont claim. Well they didnt only rectify this, they gave me an even beter
rate and... wait for it, decreased my excess amounts!! And best of all they are paying my Outbonus on friday!!! Yippee.. Well done to the staff at Outsurance for your friendly service!!
