So standard bank advertise about how they don't charge you for additional things but frankly it is ridiculous that we get charged for payment confirmations via EMAIL!!!
But the worst part is that it doesn't even work and then we still get charged. I had to request payment confirmation today 3 times and then I only received it once and even then I had to wait for 30mins!! Thanks for wasting my time standard bank!
Even tried calling the call center but just ended up waiting on hold...
absolutely pathetic standard bank... will you even refund me for all the wasted payment confirmations that i've had to request because your systems are so pathetic??!! why are you even charging people for this in the first place!!!
