Disgusting service from the whole company!

I purchased advertising within one of the Bridal magazines last year. Months later was asked to send my artwork to be designed, months later still didn't hear anything but their debit order kept collecting my money. Its now almost the end of June and I have had to fight for a refund and the answer that I got was that the advert will be placed in the next quarterly magazine - that was NOT what I signed for.

After numerous promises from the JHB Sales Manager of a full refund, I am still waiting. I keep getting emails promising feedback and if I don't hound her I don't get any feedback. I am past furious and all I want is my money back.

For me to keep telling her that her customer care, service and the whole customer experience has been a complete disaster doesn't seem to matter to her. And now apparently the Durban office is doing the credit, but surely it doesn't take a month to resolve this??? Now its apparently Durban's fault? Seriously? Talk about being pushed from pillar to post!!!

HOW LONG DOES A CREDIT TAKE TO GET AUTHORISED???
