Been with Outsurance for well over 10 years and we have been treated with extremely poor service. This is not what was expected especially after dealing with them for so many years. Lodged a claim (100256340) last week and the progress made has been pathetic and pedantic. We deal with Outsurance to get speedy efficient and effective service - This is not happening. Can someone please provide the service that's required and attend to our claim.
