Still waiting for my card

Two weeks ago I was contacted by ABSA's division and informed that there was a suspicious transaction on my credit card. With my consent, they cancelled my card and told me that I could pick up my new card within 4-5 working days. Well, it has been 10 working days and I have still not received my card. This is unacceptable!!
