FNB is quietly from its customers

Ok so I opened a gold cheque account because I saw an all inclusive monthly fee. In my mind when someone advertises that, that means that's all you pay. I checked my statements properly for the first time today and I see that not only did I get charged my monthly service fee, but then on top of that a "service fee" and a "value added service fee". Both of which I did not ask for or agree to. Those two extra's amounting to nearly half of what the original account fee is.
