1 August 2013 spoke to Prudence at 13h34 who confirmed that FNB had made an error and were deducting payment for a old loan that I have never had with FNB. Prior to talking to Prudence I was sent from pillar to post and not one of the people I spoke to could even assist me. I was promised that I would be reimbursed with in 48 hours well seems nothing has been done with my complaint. It is costing me to take time off work just to sort out an error on FNB side. I want to be reimbursed plus bank charges for this very transaction. My reference is DCCPTCMXJF1011375356425.43548. I am not a very happy camper that I have to struggle to fix a mistake that is not mine. I do not have a loan with FNB just a credit card that is on arrangement. This is going to cause more issues than you care to even realise.
