ABSA fail to return eft that was made by mistake

I made an accidental payment of R325 to ABSA Group Admin. Despite my effort contacting them and speaking various people in there Group admin, no one could help me to get my money back. I really think that it is very bad that a company can not repay money back to someone to whom it belongs if it was not meant for them.
