I went to african bank to apply for a loan on the 03 August 2013. I waited for two hours to be helped. When I receive help I was told that my I can not receive my credit card because the manager is not in. Mr. Musawenkosi Mbatha tried to call the manager but could not reach her. I was told to come back on Monday and I cannot make because I am on duty. It means I will go back there on Saturday and I will wait another two hours.
