I went to the durban workshop branch last week wednesday to apply for a loan because needed to pay for my car repairs before friday. i was told in hours the money will be in my account!!! Untill today i havent received anything and when i called on saturday i was told to send through my bank statement together with my ID copy. i sent that through. And from Monday until today African hasnt phoned me, but when i phone them they telling me that the amount was deposited in my bank account. i am very dissapointed with the service i have received. made another call today and spoke with Susan who asked to fax through my documents again to her which will take another 24 hours!!! if this is what african bank calls customer service it pathetic i wish i dint go to them for help.
