Lead by expample!

I queued at Absa (Langeberg) on Monday at about 14:00. There were several bulk deposits or larger deposits and the queue was longer than usual. The branch manager came out of her office and offered assistance at enquiries, which also had a longer queue than usual. After helping customers she came to our queue and offered assistance with deposits at the ATM, where possible. Several customers mentioned that this is remarkable service and an example of lead by example. Indeed an example for other Absa staff to follow! Well done Mrs Brits!
