I received an sms saying that im owing Loan Acc-032438486 and it had been handed over which im not aware of, i took a loan in 2011 and paid it in full, today im being told that im owing for something that was not even communicated with me, i will take this up with CPA, you had given me a bad service while i was banking with you and moved to a better bank now you come up with your stories... as far as i am concerned i do not owe you and i want someone to call me regarding this... i know my rights as a consumer and will take this up.
