I called in to A&G to log my insurance claim for my laptop that fell (29/08/13) and was seriously damaged. I could only report it the following day as A&G's offices were closed by the time I phoned. At first instance he made sure that I know that he will be the person responsible dealing with my claim and provided me with his direct contact nr.
He was very thorough with all the detail he provided. With every call he made sure that I had all the detail.
My laptop was delivered to me on Saturday, 3rd August 2013.
