My card was cloned and someone spent R12500 on my account. I phone rcs on the 3 july and they told me that the investgation will take 21 working days. Now 23 days later no one worked on my account and they told me only when they work on my account it will take 21 days. That is totally unaccepted! I wanted my account cleared and the money they deducted from bank account. Terrible services from rcs it is not my fault what happened!!! @@@@@@
