Hi, I installed webroot as recommmended by bank thinking it was one of their product. It turns out its not. The software then proceeded to tell me that there is a rootkit/virus on my PC. But guess what its not free, I have to buy a copy to remove it. These should be made clear before proceeding. For GOODNESS sake this is security. What if I am unable to upgrade. To top it all off I tried to uninstall the thing, it resurfaces repeatedly crippling my PC performance. I am really annoyed I was tricked into installing this. Would someone tell me how to remove this.
