No repsonse on promised refund

I had a complaint with Palesa with refernce number ARS 215256. Palesa resolved complaint and advised me i will be getting a refund. She asked if i would like it in my bank account or if i preferred to collect from a Telkom branch. I replied and told her to send to Telkom Cresta. I told told her about the refund over a month ago, to date Palesa has not had the courtesy to come back to me and let me know what is happening. This is disgusting service from Telkom. All i want is my refund, is that too much to ask
