When it comes to its "Where here to Help! " marketing campaigns, FNB seems to be "Out of stock" on that one.
Owning a small business for years; having grown substantially, one believes that there might be some approachable truth in My Bank's willingness to assist where necessary - to go half of that extra mile.
However in the last year having asked some small favours - legit and achievable - to assist in our personal and business cash-flow. Not once have they tried to commit to at least of our requests. Yet I have received numerous calls from your tele-sales department offering services, which I have translated over the years as the one way customer approach.
FNB is seemingly only there to make profit for its shareholders and not there for their customers. It feels as if you are farther distanced from me as a willing and able customer, than our President seems to be from running this country.
It really saddens me that I even have to spend time writing this unnecessary report.
I hope someone takes note of this, even though I am a small number somewhere on your system I would have thought to receive some decency from MY Bank!
