Hi there,

I would like to know whats happening with my query as i keep receiving smses and calls from collections saying that my account has been handed over, over a case that should have been resolved by now, i want to know if i must go ahead and go to the ombudsman. i would hate to be blacklisted or have my credit rating tainted over the incompetency of standard bank.
