I called fnb loans to make an arrangments for my installment to be reduced as id be not getting a salary for 3months due to maternity leave, I was rudely told that they cant help unfortunately. now I will be stucked with a load of debts which could have been avoided, I really feel like changing banks and going somewhere, I have never skipped and installment but when I need assistance im treated like trash.
