Spoke to a Lady by the name of Alima inquiring about the progress of my report. She gave me an attitude rather then help me with my query!
The actual reason I had called was because their promised turn around time was reached yet they are not informing me of what is going on, I turn to be the one calling and being on hold for 30min. After all that effort I had put in to get the information, i got to Alima who was unprofessional and still did not help me!
I am fed up and at least need to be treated with some level of respect by at least keeping me in the loop!!!
