I received a spam email from a [Email Removed] this morning. Normally our IT department blocks a domain after 2 or 3 emails so i wanted to be proactive and report it to the technical administrators of the domain. I called Internet Solutions to report the spam. The gentleman that i spoke to on the phone wanted me to log a service request. I explained to him that it is not my responsibility to log a service request, i am notifying them and they can take it further. I also explained to him that we will block the domain if it continues. His response to me was that if i was not willing to log a service request then i must rather block the domain. Apparently not too interested as to whether our staff at the company were with outsurance or not.
