After a 4.5 year struggle to resolve my vehicle finance after being retrenched, Tyrone Mannel (Branch manager) and Paul Forte (Sales Manager) of Heerengracht ensured that this was resolved as I had a retrenchment policy in place.
I had been pushed from pillar to post with little end in sight.
Tyrone had taken over this matter for me two months ago and assured me that he will have this matter resolved as I had proof of all the documentation submitted and the purchase papers which included the retrenchment policy. He had stuck to his commitment and had been in contact with me atleast once a week to update me on what was happening to my account. Both Paul and Tyrone have restored my faith in the banking system. Huge thumbs up to them.
I WON'T CHANGE MY BANK :-)
