No assistance from the call centre

I am struggling to get the status of my bond account with Nedbank. I have been calling since May. My account was under debt review, apparently there was a restructure on the account done. I have been contacting Nedbank trying to find out what happened with the account is it in arrears and how long is the restructuring for since we have now exited from debt review but every consultant I speak to refers me to another department which will refer me to another because the account is not with them. Today I received a statement that tells us that the instalment for the account has increased but on the statement it shows that our interest rate was decreased, how is that possible and why did the instalment increase and we also want to know why the rate was reduced. We phoned about this and then we got the run around again nobody knows anything and they cannot give us a clear explanation of this and still we are referred from one department to the other. However they told us that we are in arrears but the statement does not show any arrears. I am beside myself and it is very frustrating because nobody can tell us what is going on.
