Website responded extremely slow yesterday, and for an unknown reason my password got blocked! I phoned the callcentre and waited for almost half an hour to be attended... changed a lot of settings on my computer which took another half an hour, just to find out I have to do administrator reactivation... This can take another 2-24 hours! I am in the rental industry and for 2 days I cannot access the website... BAD SERVICE!
