I've used the 'Forgot Password' feature on the Liberty Online website half an hour ago and still haven't received my password via email as advised by the return message.
Over and above the features that don't work this website is unbelievably slow. It's petrifying knowing that you invest your money with a business that cannot even build an online portal to support their own services.
