Scorpion Legal Protection undertook to complete a legal procedure for me as a precondition of my joining/purchasing their policy. Having signed me up and drawn cash/debit order, they subsequently refused saying their rep gave me wrong info. I requested cancellation and refund, and now they refuse to answer any emails.
