I used to dread going to the bank but 2 years ago I signed up with Capitec and I cannot believe that I have never had one bad experience with them. My services are always in perfect working order and costs are low.
Everytime I go into a Capitec Bank, they are so organised and orderly and the employees actually look like they want to be there. There are never long queues and every query is dealt with extremely quickly, even when it is something that you would expect to take long. Well done Capitec.
